Warranty coverage
Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty against defects resulting from manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product instructions.
- Damage resulting from impact, dropping, or other external forces.
- Products that have been modified or repaired without authorization.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Return policy
Customers are eligible for returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Products damaged during shipping.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photos or videos as evidence for verification.
Returned products must
- Be in their original condition.
- Include all accessories (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order information.
Once the return request has been verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
